These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SignalCraft AI ("SignalCraft," "we," "us," or "our") including our website, SignalMap tools, AI agents, RAG workflows, and associated services ("Services").

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use SignalCraft AI. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account.

2. Use of Services

You agree not to:

• Break any law using the Services
• Upload illegal, harmful, or sensitive personal data
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the system
• Scrape, extract, or misuse any data

3. AI Outputs — No Guarantee of Accuracy

You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable
• SignalCraft does not guarantee any outcome, lift, revenue, performance, or accuracy
• You must validate insights independently

4. Not Professional Advice

All outputs are informational. They are NOT legal, financial, marketing, or professional advice.

5. Ownership & Licenses

You own your uploaded data. SignalCraft owns all models, systems, and generated logic.

6. Third-Party Systems

SignalCraft relies on external systems (Google, Meta, OpenAI, TikTok, LiveRamp, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, API changes, or outages.

7. Billing & Plans

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Prices may change with notice.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, or unpaid fees.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE", and "WITH ALL FAULTS."
We disclaim all warranties including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SignalCraft is not liable for any:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Media spend losses
• Campaign performance issues
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Indemnification (Broad Protection)

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalCraft AI and its founders, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services or AI outputs
• Your data, uploads, decisions, or campaigns
• Your violation of laws or these Terms
• Disputes with clients, vendors, agencies, or platforms

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes must be brought in New Jersey courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
